Our subconscious mind is the connecting link between us and the universe. It controls 90% of our activities. It is always awake; even while we are asleep .
Our conscious mind or our thinking and learning brain can learn and process any information if we read it once or twice.But when coming to our subconscious mind it is not going to work that way,subconscious mind will only record and process any information if it is repeated regularly on a daily basis for at least 28 days . But the interesting fact is that it doesn’t have any logic and can’t differentiate whether the information that we give is real or not. It will blindly accept any suggestions that we feeds it regularly whether it is true or not.
Our subconscious mind is the place where our habits are formed.When a child is born his conscious mind is inactive or not properly developed until he or she reaches the age of eight. So during this time whatever information, experience or messages that they receive will be accepted, processed and stored in their subconscious mind.It is in the subconscious mind that all our experiences, learning and information that we receive until we reach 8 years of age are stored and it influences our habits.
So imagine what will happen if the information or experiences that you received were not very good. These will act as subconscious blocks and prevents you from reaching your goals.
But the good thing is that we can reprogram our subconscious mind at any time, with repetition of a pattern or information for about 28 days to 90 days .
The best time to do this is when our conscious or logical mind is less active and our subconscious mind is in a very active and receptive mode ;that is before we fall asleep and soon after we wake up from sleep.
Today we will discuss some very powerful ways to reprogram our subconscious mind.
1. Positive affirmations:
Positive affirmations when repeatedly used will be accepted by our subconscious mind. An excellent way to use positive affirmations are to write them down in a note book or journal at night before sleeping and read them aloud or in your mind and again when you are awake in the morning as first thing in the morning read them aloud or in your mind . Repeat this every single day for 28- 90 days.
I am happy.
I am successful
I am wealthy
I am healthy
I am confident
Collect pictures that represents your goals or draw them and cut and stick them into a board or chart paper or inside a book. Write your name and stick your photo to make it look real. Don’t forget to include your favorite quotes or affirmations and spend some time every day looking at your vision board; feeling grateful as if all your wishes have already come true .Do this before going to sleep and after waking up in the morning.
You can use separate vision boards for health, wealth, career, relationship, etc.
Once you lay in your bed visualize your self happy achieving your goals ( only the end result) and feel good about .
Eg: ” I feel so happy that I now have a successful career.
I feel so happy now that I am in a loving relationship.
I feel so happy now that I am living in my dream home 🏡.
4. Subliminal messages:
Subliminal messages are the best and easiest way to reprogram your subconscious mind. You can listen to them while sleeping or while doing other activities except driving or operating heavy machinery.
