Self acceptance

Theme of the day: Self acceptance

Activity of the day:

Take a piece of paper and fold it into two halves. On the first half of the sheet make a list of ten qualities about you that you like ( strengths) and qualities that you dislike ( weakness). Read them out loud one by one and say in your mind : “I realize my strengths and weaknesses and I accept them because they makes me who I am and I am grateful for it.”

At the end of the day please don’t forget to share how you feel after doing this activity. Thank you.

  1. I spotted this article in Reader and I loved it. As someone was was bullied in school, it took me a while to learn this. Thankfully, I eventually got it and I’m now a happy and confident person and accept all sides of myself, the good, bad and ugly.

    Thank you for this post!

      1. Yes, now I am a brave lady like you are but in the past I was only a frightened little girl who didn’t know anything about bullying and was always asking myself why these kids are doing this to me?

      2. Omgoodness! That was me to a tee in the past! I’m so glad you found your confidence like I did! It’s my hope for all bullied people that they eventually see their value!

      3. That’s right! And it’s why I have my blog and I write. Through my writing, I gave to give victims of bullying the tools they need to fight bullying a d get back their confidence!
