List 10 things about you that you like most and read them aloud or in your mind one by one.Say “I love this, thank you ”

  1. You are in charge of your own happiness: If you depend on a person or a situation for happiness ,you can never be happy.Whenever you want happiness; close your eyes take a few deep breath and relax and chant “I am Happy” 10 or more time .
  2. Throughout the day pay attention to even the smallest of the blessings that comes to you; like a cup of coffee,news paper,food,helping someone,being kind to someone,and feel happy and grateful for all that small blessing.
  3. Positive self talk: You can be your best friend in any situation;whenever something goes wrong…
