Activity of the day:

First thing in the morning make a list of 10 blessings in your life;read one by one aloud or in your mind. After reading each one say thank you,thrice.

1. I am so happy and grateful for this life .

2. I am so grateful for this wonderful opportunity.

3. I am so grateful for this relationship.The list can be any thing you are grateful for in your life.

4.Health

5.Career

6.Wealth

7. Craetivity

8.Food

9. Material things

10. Knowledge

It can be for anything in your life.

Throughout the day try to appreciate even the small things that make you feel happy and give thanks for having it in your life.

At the end of the day say thank you for all the blessings of the day and please feel free to come here and comment. Thank you 🙏
