How to manifest your dreams using a mirror? Mirror work!

Today we are going to discuss one of the simple yet powerful technique to manifest our dreams and goals “ The mirror work “.

This was one of the ancient confidence building measures. Now a days it is becoming one of the most popular manifestation tool. This advanced law of attraction technique was shared in the classic self help book, The magic of believing, written by Claude. M. Bristol published in 1984.

How to do this?

Make a short affirmation about the things you want to manifest . I would recommend to first write it down in present tense like it is happening right now. For example:

I am becoming richer and richer day by day.

I am living a happy, prosperous and successful life.

I am leading a happy and loving relationship and family life.

I am becoming richer and richer day by day.

Once you have created this affirmation, simply stand in front of a mirror. Make sure you stand completely straight with your head up and shoulders back. Look straight into your eyes and speak about what you want to be, have or do. It is highly recommended to do this at least twice a day -in the morning right after you wake up and in the evening before you go to bed because these are the two best times of the day to reprogram your subconscious mind. When we look into our eyes through the mirror we are actually looking into our minds as, our eyes are the windows of our souls. As we speak while looking into our eyes we are sending commands directly into our subconscious mind and reprogramming it for success , happiness and self confidence.

This practice will bring a huge impact on every areas of your life if done on a daily basis.

All you need to do is to look at your own reflection and say hey, I love you, we are powerful, we are confident, we are fearless, we are deserving all good things in this life.

And another benefit of this technique is that you can easily practice this daily within 3 to 5 minutes.

Saying things in front of a mirror puts strong 💪 and focused thoughts in your mind and boost our confidence and shape our belief system.
