1. Gratitude and gratitude journal
Gratitude is a simple yet powerful tool you can use daily to raise your vibration. Start your day with gratitude meditation focusing on the things you have right now to be grateful for. Have you ever felt bored while gratitude journaling, writing down the same things daily? Today I will share with you an interesting way to fill up your gratitude journal . Select one thing to be grateful for per day and write down five reasons for you to be grateful for it. For example: I am grateful for my family. Why? Because,
They loves me unconditionally.
They support me.
They are always there for me.
They inspire me to be myself.
They make me feel happy.
2. Goal setting tips:
When you write your goal remember to write it in present tense using I have or I am. When you set your intention for the first time, whether it is a relationship, job or something material -ask your self -why you want to manifest that particular goal ? Write it down in detail.
Once you have set your intention,make a short statement or affirmation about it and write it down 55 times for 5 days continuously. The number 555 is a powerful number which represents change. You can use this for any desire but only one desire at one time.
Belief is the most important key to manifest any desire. Your manifestations takes it as long as it takes you to believe in it completely. I will tell you a simple tips to reinforce your beliefs. Everyday write down just one thing, I believe that my manifestation is on its way to me and I am grateful for it.
