But I will continue to take care of myself by daily sipping on my cup of green tea, exercising by indoor cycling and walking. But I will remove the diet restrictions and enjoy eating what I love to eat by remaining myself thankful to the food that I eat to help me maintain proper nutrition,health and bodyweight.
