Benefits of a powerful morning routine.

Why is it important to have a powerful morning routine? It is like laying the foundation for your entire day.What is the first thing that you do every morning when you wake up? Is it to look at your mobile for the latest news or notification after snoozing the alarm? Or read news paper ? Is it a good practice to read something bad or upsetting early in the morning? Why do you wash your face, brush teeth and take bath and get dressed to go to work, school or college every morning? Is it to keep your body fresh and clean all day long? But what do you do everyday to keep your mind fresh, positive and energetic? Yes of course your mind also need a fresh start every morning. Do you know how important it is to have a powerful, refreshing start every day to keep your mind sharp,focused, productive all day long? It is not just your body that needs a fresh start, your mind also needs to be refreshed. It is how you start your day that determines how your day is going to be. It is your time to reflect how you want the day to be. So how can we maintain a powerful morning routine with out spending too much time on it?

When you wake up do you rush and jump out of your bed ?Give your self some time, lie down peacefully for one or two seconds. Isn’t it amazing to start your day by saying your favorite prayer ?or meditating or focusing on daily gratitude by simply saying,” thank you so much God for this amazing day “before you even step out from your bed. It won’t take more than a minute or two to do this. Next spend a little time imagining how you want the day to be. This is the best time to put the intentions for the day and to do positive affirmations. Do you like it to be a successful day or bad day? You can imagine anyway you want . Once you get out of your bed spend a little time exercising ,walking or jogging. Then have a glass of fresh water or tea or coffee . Take a refreshing bath and get ready for the day. Eat a healthy breakfast , because it is the first meal of the day. Start your day with a good and nice smile. Begin your day feeling good and positive. Raise your vibration and attract amazing things into your life. Love your life. Be kind and loving to others. Enjoy the beauty of the morning sunshine. Watch the birds flying, flowers blooming ,smell the fresh flowers in your garden,play in the snow, bring out the child in you. Focus on what you want and not on what you don’t want. Stay blessed and motivated all day and always.
