We feel healthy and happy when our mind and body are working in harmony . When we get sick we loses this harmony . Even if our mind say yes, our body doesn’t listen . When we are sick, we are in a low vibrational state and feel tired , drained and distracted. So it is really important to stay healthy to raise your vibration .So today we will see some food that helps you keep healthy and energetic all day long.
Water is the healthiest food available in this universe. It is easily available to all of us. Start your day with a glass of fresh water on empty stomach . This helps to flush out toxins from your body. Make sure to stay hydrated all day long . Drink at least two litre (8 glasses) of water daily. Our body is 70% water. If you don’t drink enough water you will feel tired and some times get headaches.
2. Green tea
Green tea is rich in antioxidants and flavonoids .It helps you loose weight and slows down aging by fighting with free radicles that enter our body through external agents like pollution, junk food,sugar, carbonated drinks ,dust and smoke. Replace your normal tea with green tea .It is best if you drink with out adding sugar. Limit the consumption of green tea to a maximum of 2 times per day.
3. Amla or Gooseberry
This little fruit is rich in iron , vitamin C and antioxidants . Vitamin C is the disease fighting vitamin. Amla is a natural source of vitamin C. It is also good for your skin and hair.It is available in plenty around you and is not very inexpensive. You can eat it raw or can make Gooseberry juice . But make sure to limit the consumption to two times per day.
Caution:Excess of Gooseberry may cause dryness of skin and diarrhoea.
Nuts like almond, pistachio, walnuts and peanut are good for your health. They are rich in good fatty acids. Almonds are rich source of vitamin E and they helps to lower bad cholesterol . To get the best results from almonds soak it over night in water before eating. Almonds are also well known for maintaining proper brain function .
Guava is a super fruit. It is a source of vitamin C and A ,iron , antioxidants and flavonoids.The vitamin C content of one Guava is equivalent to the vitamin C in four oranges. So eating guava helps you keep diseases at bay.Vitamins in guava helps your brain function positive by maintaining proper blood flow . Guava is also good for proper stomach function due to it’s fiber content.
