Finding happiness

Our mind is a cup.We can fill it with anything we want.If you fill it with regret, remorse, jealousy, anxiety and fear you are unknowingly inviting more of it into your life.

Fill it with love, kindness, gentleness, gratitude, forgiveness and provide nourishment to your soul.

Love: Fall in Love with yourself.Bring out the love within your heart and spread it to your surroundings.

Kindness: Be kind to yourself. Be kind to those around you.

Forgiveness:Forgive yourself and those who hurt you.

Gratitude:Develop an attitude of gratitude to increase the magnitude of your happiness and contentment.

Meditation and prayers: Practice meditation. It is the connection between our soul and the infinite field of potential or God.
