1. Gratitude:

When you wake up look into the mirror, look directly into your eyes and say:
I am worthy

I am amazing
I am talented
I am who I am
3 .Do things those are meaningful to you:
Find time to do the little things that you enjoy doing.
4. Stay away from negative people:
They not only hurt themselves but also drain your energy.
5. Stop gossips:
It is not good to talk behind someoneā€™s back
6. Spend time in nature:
Mother Nature is a natural healer. When you spend time in nature it refreshes and reinvigorate your mind.
7. Donā€™t let people to walk over you:
When someone mistreatĀ  or embarrass you ,say no to them.
8. Forgive yourself and forgive those who hurt you:
Forgive yourself for your past mistakes. Forgive those who hurt you.Forgiveness is divine.
9. Appreciate everything:
Appreciate yourself for even your smallest accomplishments. Appreciate the people in your life. Appreciate the blessings you have.

10. Help someone:
Helping others is helping you. When you help someone you donā€™t just make them happy. You make yourself feel worthy.
