4. Stay away from negative people:
They not only hurt themselves but also drain your energy.
5. Stop gossips:
It is not good to talk behind someone’s back
6. Spend time in nature:
Mother Nature is a natural healer. When you spend time in nature it refreshes and reinvigorate your mind.
7. Don’t let people to walk over you:
When someone mistreat  or embarrass you ,say no to them.
8. Forgive yourself and forgive those who hurt you:
Forgive yourself for your past mistakes. Forgive those who hurt you.Forgiveness is divine.
9. Appreciate everything:
Appreciate yourself for even your smallest accomplishments. Appreciate the people in your life. Appreciate the blessings you have.

10. Help someone:
Helping others is helping you. When you help someone you don’t just make them happy. You make yourself feel worthy.
